CURAHAUS

Care for where you live.

Comprehensive care for the home, from a team that knows it like their own.

Most homes are still cared for the way most patients were a century ago: reactively, one crisis at a time. CuraHaus was built on a different premise.

The Care Model

Four steps. One ongoing relationship.

Every CuraHaus member moves through the same care model. It begins with a conversation and continues for as long as you live in the home.

01

Intake

A conversation about your home, your priorities, and what care should look like for the way you live in it.

02

Assessment

A Care Team walks the property, documents its systems, and establishes a baseline. The findings become your Property Care Brief.

03

Care Plan

An individualized plan built around your home and your priorities. Not a tier. Not a package. A plan written for you.

04

Ongoing Care

Scheduled visits from the same Care Team, year after year. Documented, predictable, and entirely your own.

What we care for

A single team, every system in the home.

The trades you would otherwise hire separately, organized under one standard of care. Recurring care, design, and project work — every service delivered by the same Care Team and documented in the same Chart.

Vital Signs

A home, understood as a system.

Every CuraHaus member receives a Chart. It reads the rhythm of every system in the home, tracks its history, and makes the whole property legible at a glance. You can see it. So can your Care Team. Decisions are made from the same baseline.

  • Every system, photographed and documented at Intake.
  • A living pulse on the health of the home.
  • A complete record of every visit and every decision.

The Chart opens to members in fall 2026.

The Care Team

The same people, every visit, every season.

A CuraHaus Care Team is a small group of trained specialists assigned to your home. They learn its quirks, its history, and its rhythms. The continuity is the point.

The Cornerstone Standard

What every member can expect, without exception.

The commitments below are the foundation of CuraHaus. They are non-negotiable, written down, and taught from day one at the Trade Academy. They are the reason a CuraHaus visit looks the same on a Tuesday in April as on a Saturday in November.

i.

Every hand is our own.

Every specialist on a CuraHaus Care Team is an employee of the company. Fully licensed, fully insured, and paid a real wage with real benefits. There are no subcontractors, no day labor, and no one at your door whose name we do not know.

ii.

Trained at the CuraHaus Trade Academy.

Every specialist comes up through the CuraHaus Residency. It is a structured, paid program that teaches craft, judgment, and the specific standard of care we operate by. It is modeled on the best teaching hospitals and the oldest guild traditions, and it does not end the day a resident graduates.

iii.

The same Care Team, every visit, every year.

Continuity is the point. A Care Team is assigned to your home, learns it the way a family doctor learns a patient, and stays with it for as long as you are a member. You will not meet a stranger at your door.

iv.

A written record of everything.

Every visit, finding, decision, and photograph enters your Chart. It is a continuously updated history of how your home has been cared for, and it belongs to you. You take it with you if you ever leave.

Seasonal Protocols

A year of care, planned in advance.

Care follows a calendar. Each season brings a defined set of rounds, assessments, and preventive work, all scheduled before the season begins.

Communities served

A defined set of communities.

CuraHaus serves homes in communities where the Care Team can be on site within minutes, not hours. Density is the model.

The List

A waitlist, kept deliberately.

CuraHaus admits new members as capacity opens in each community. Every Intake is reviewed personally. Some are scheduled for Assessment within the week. Others are placed on The List, where CuraHaus stays in touch as services launch and as the practice grows toward their community. There is one way in, and it is the same for everyone.

Field Note · HVAC

The quiet failure mode of forced-air humidifiers.

Most homeowners discover their humidifier has been failing only when their hardwood floors begin to gap. A baseline reading at Intake usually catches it years earlier.

Seasonal Briefing · Spring

What a New England spring asks of a property.

The first month after thaw is the most informative window of the year. Drainage tells you what the winter did. Lawns tell you what the previous fall got wrong.

Property Study · Envelope

A 1923 colonial and the case for slowing down.

A property we visited taught us that the best first move on an older home is, almost always, to wait, watch, and document for a full year before changing anything.

[ Case 003 · Coming soon ]

A house is not a project to be completed. It is a place to be cared for, for as long as you live in it. CuraHaus exists to make that possible.

Care for your home begins with a conversation.

The Intake is a single conversation about your property and what you want care to look like. There is no cost, no obligation, and no assessment until we both agree CuraHaus is the right fit.
