Wiring, panels, and the quiet power behind a working home.
Electrical Care is the year-round practice of keeping a home's electrical systems safe, modern, and quietly invisible. It is one of the foundational services of CuraHaus.
Electrical work is the part of a home that is tolerated in its dysfunction longer than any other system. The breaker that trips every time the toaster runs. The switch that does nothing. The outlet in the bedroom that has not worked since you moved in. Most homeowners learn to live with these things because the alternative seems harder than the workaround.
Electrical Care covers everything in the home that runs on electricity, in two modes. The recurring side is run through scheduled Rounds — annual safety inspections, panel checks, grounding verification, and resolution of the small things that otherwise accumulate. The project side is run through Procedures: panel upgrades, EV charger installations, lighting design and installation, full-home rewiring, smart home integrations, and the larger work that brings a home's electrical system into the present. The same Care Team runs both.
The work is documented in your Chart, which means that every finding and every decision is part of an ongoing record. Panels are inspected on a calendar. Wiring is mapped over time. Replacements and upgrades are planned in advance. The lights simply work, and they keep working.
Every part of the grounds, on one calendar.
Electrical Care covers the full set of electrical systems most homes need attended to through the year, and the installation work that brings a home's electrical capacity into the present.
Service panels
Inspection of the main panel, sub-panels, breakers, and grounding. Identification of issues before they become failures.
Wiring & circuits
Tracing, testing, and resolution of the small mysteries — the switch that does nothing, the outlet that doesn't work, the circuit that trips for no reason.
Outlets & switches
GFCI and AFCI compliance, accessible outlet placement, and the smaller fixes that often go unaddressed for years.
Safety & code
Smoke and carbon monoxide detection, surge protection, grounding verification, and code compliance throughout the home.
Panel upgrades
Service panel upgrades and replacements, load assessments, and the capacity work that supports modern electrical demand.
Lighting design & installation
Interior and exterior lighting design, fixture specification, sourcing, installation, and the considered work that makes a home feel right.
EV charging infrastructure
Installation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, including panel capacity assessment and load planning.
Smart home integration
Integration of lighting, thermostats, security, and home automation systems with attention to long-term reliability.
Three modes of care, one team.
Electrical Care happens in three modes. All three are written into your Care Plan, all three are performed by the same Care Team, and all three are documented in your Chart.
i.
Rounds
Scheduled visits from your Care Team. The recurring care your property needs, performed on a calendar built into your Care Plan and documented in your Chart after every visit.
ii.
Procedures
The larger pieces of work — installations, design-build projects, equipment replacements, full repaints. Scoped in a Care Proposal, performed by the same Care Team that runs your Rounds, and folded back into your Chart when complete.
iii.
The Evaluation
The deepening diagnostic baseline of your home. Drone imagery, thermal scans, equipment inventories, monitored systems, and the records that grow over time into a complete picture of your property.
Begin with a conversation about your electrical systems.
Intake is the first step. It is a single conversation about your property and what you want care to look like. From there, an Assessment, a Care Plan, and the first Round.
