Plumbing is the system in a home that announces itself only when something has gone badly wrong. A slow drip behind a wall is invisible until the wall is wet. A pinhole in a supply line is invisible until the ceiling below it sags. A water heater nearing the end of its life gives almost no warning before it fails completely.

Plumbing Care covers everything that involves water in the home, in two modes. The recurring side is run through scheduled Rounds — annual inspection, valve testing, water quality monitoring, fixture maintenance, and the preventive work that catches problems before they become structural. The project side is run through Procedures: bathroom rough-ins, kitchen installations, water heater replacements, repipes, fixture upgrades, outdoor plumbing systems, and the larger work that defines how water moves through your home. The same Care Team runs both.

The work is documented in your Chart, which means that every finding and every decision is part of an ongoing record. Equipment lifespans are tracked. Replacements are planned in advance. The water in your home becomes something you do not have to think about.

What we care for

Every part of the grounds, on one calendar.

Plumbing Care covers the full set of water systems most homes need attended to through the year, and the installation work that defines how water moves through the home.

Supply & distribution

Inspection of supply lines, valves, manifolds, and shut-offs. Identification of corrosion or pressure issues before they become leaks.

Fixtures & finishes

Sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and the smaller fixtures throughout the home. Maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed.

Water heaters

Annual inspection, anode replacement, sediment flushing, and full replacement planning years in advance of failure.

Drainage & waste

Drain inspection, slow-drain resolution, sewer line monitoring, and identification of issues before they become emergencies.

Bathroom & kitchen rough-in

Full rough-in and finish plumbing for new bathrooms, kitchens, and remodels. Specified, installed, and inspected to code.

Fixture & finish installation

Specification, sourcing, and installation of fixtures and finishes for renovations and upgrades.

Water quality systems

Testing, filtration, softening, and the installation work that resolves taste, hardness, or contamination concerns.

Outdoor plumbing

Hose bibs, irrigation supply, frost-free sillcocks, and the seasonal preparation that prevents winter damage.

How it works

Three modes of care, one team.

Plumbing Care happens in three modes. All three are written into your Care Plan, all three are performed by the same Care Team, and all three are documented in your Chart.

i.

Rounds

Scheduled visits from your Care Team. The recurring care your property needs, performed on a calendar built into your Care Plan and documented in your Chart after every visit.

ii.

Procedures

The larger pieces of work — installations, design-build projects, equipment replacements, full repaints. Scoped in a Care Proposal, performed by the same Care Team that runs your Rounds, and folded back into your Chart when complete.

iii.

The Evaluation

The deepening diagnostic baseline of your home. Drone imagery, thermal scans, equipment inventories, monitored systems, and the records that grow over time into a complete picture of your property.

Begin with a conversation about your water systems.

Intake is the first step. It is a single conversation about your property and what you want care to look like. From there, an Assessment, a Care Plan, and the first Round.
