Trade Academy & Residency Program

A path from apprentice to master, structured.

CuraHaus is building a Trade Academy for the people who want to enter the trades, and a Residency Program for those who are already in them and want to grow further.

The Trade Academy

A structured apprenticeship for people new to the trades, with classroom instruction, supervised field work, and mentorship from experienced Care Team members. Paid from day one.

The Residency Program

For experienced tradespeople, a structured path from journeyman to specialist to senior Care Team member, with continued education and meaningful career progression.

Year-round salaried work

Every CuraHaus team member is salaried with full benefits. No seasonal layoffs, no piece-rate pay, no contractor scrambles. The same pay in February as in July.
